We are currently looking for a part-time office administrator and support staff.

This role will involve performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities.
 
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
  1. To provide administrative support, including typing, record keeping, filing, input and maintenance of data information etc. as required.
  2. To perform reception duties during the opening hours of the service.
  3. To prepare and assist in the collection of data for the monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  4. To support the sales activities of the range of products and services offered by the company.
  5. To order and/or purchase the necessary supplies required for the efficient running of the service.

Person specification:

  1. Fluent in written and spoken English
  2. Good general level of education
  3. Admin/office work/IT/document production.
  4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  1. Ability to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.
  2. Knowledge of and skills in maintaining records/files.
  3. Excellent numeracy skills.
  4. Knowledge and skills in maintaining a database.
  5. Ability to and experience of, working as a member of a team.
  6. Dealing directly with customer matters.
  7. Arranging events, meetings and courses.
  8. Good communication skills, both face to face and telephone.
  9. Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise own work to meet agreed objectives.
  10. Ability to work as part of a team.

Desirable Skills (Not Essential)

  • Knowledge of the range of medical courses offered by the company
  • Previous experience with PHECC CPG organisation.
  • First aid instructor or similar.
